Creating Workspaces and Notes - Capturing Ideas & Information
A workspace can be an initiative, project or a team name. Each workspace is separate from the other and you can invite different people to different workspaces. Notes can be created using text, images, documents, hyperlinks as content around a subject, idea, initiative or project; anything that needs attention, to be worked upon, referred to etc.
You can share a note with people in your workspace or outside. Sharing a note allows people to collaborate by posting comments on the notes shared. A comment can (like the note) contain text, hyperlinks, attachments etc.
Organising Personal and Shared Notes
You can tag notes created by you as well as notes shared with you. Each note can have more than one tag. Tags help you add multiple context to a note making it easy for you to search for and navigate through the notes. This feature is especially useful as the number of notes in your workspace grows.
Publishing Notes and Sharing Across Apps
Publish Ideolve note links to other office productivity software such as the CRM or project management to help establish the context for all the stake holders.
